Course overview
This fun and relaxed course offers an excellent start to your learning journey. Starting with simple greetings, you will progress to be able to hold longer conversations. The primary aim is to build your confidence in speaking Spanish and to understand the language in different situations.

Tuesday, 7:00pm - 9:00pm from 20th September 2022 until 29th November 2022 for 10 weeks.
No class 25th October (Half term)
Cost
The full fee is £139.00.
The concessionary fee is £70.00.
What you already need to know
This course is an introduction. No previous knowledge of Spanish is expected.
What you will learn
The emphasis of this course is to improve speaking and listening skills and confidence in conversation.
Topics will include:
- How to greet people
- How to give personal information about yourself and others
- How to order a drink and a meal
- How to describe your family
- Using numbers in different situations
You will also discover some information about Spanish and Latin American culture!
How you will learn it
- Course-specific material and activities
- Role play activities on topics
- Viewing of video footage
- Listening exercises
- Use of Padlet for further learning from home in between sessions
