This is a fun day of belly dancing for all abilities.

Learn to dance an entire belly dancing Summertime themed routine in this fun workshop for all abilities.
Where Sixth Form Centre, Heathfield Community College, Cade St. Old Heathfield, East Sussex, TN21 8RJ.
When Saturday, 10:00am - 12:00pm on 14th May 2022 for 1 day.
Cost The full fee is £23.00.

What you already need to know

No experience is required. This workshop is open to all abilities.

What you will learn

You will learn more than just a belly dancing routine on the theme of Summertime. During the day, you will learn how to warm up and cool down safely, practice moves that will aid flexibility, coordination and fitness and techniques that could improve posture and core strength!

How you will learn it

The tutor will demonstrate all the moves to the group and individually. You will learn and dance each move and consolidate your newly required belly dancing knowledge and skills by working through a fun Summer themed routine.

Bring to the first session

A hip belt or coin scarf if you have one.
Please wear leggings or something comfortable to dance in (no jeans, please).

Extra study or practice

None, as this is a one day workshop.

From 24th February, following the government's announcement removing all domestic restrictions in England, we ask that you follow the published HSA guidelines.

Asymptomatic testing will no longer be required to attend classes. However, we strongly suggest if you do have symptoms of Covid-19, you do not attend your class and follow guidelines found on www.NHS.uk.
