The full fee is £62.00.

An ingredients list will be given to students prior to the workshop. Sometimes specialist ingredients are provided by the tutor and can be purchased from the tutor, this will be specified on the ingredients list. To avoid unnecessary cost please do not purchase any materials or text books until you are certain that your course will run. Course decisions are normally made a week prior to the course start date.
What you already need to know
This course is suitable for those with no previous experience and those wishing to develop their culinary skills further.
What you will learn
Prepare and cook a range of traditional dishes each from a different spice country:
- Mole Poblano de Gaujolote - National dish of Mexico
- Jamaican beef patties - a spicy turnover
- Tarka Dhal - an Asian essential
- Goan vegetable curry - coconut and spices
- Thai green curry - a restaurant favourite
- Singapore rice noodles - curried noodles

Containers and bags to take home your food
You will need to bring your own chopping knives for this course as sharp knives are not available to use at the College. Please bring these in a tin or other suitable container.
** Please bring a packed lunch as food is not provided at the venue.** Tea, coffee and biscuits are available for purchase during breaks.**

From 24th February, following the government's announcement removing all domestic restrictions in England, we ask that you follow the published
HSA guidelines.
Asymptomatic testing will no longer be required to attend classes. However, we strongly suggest if you do have symptoms of Covid-19, you do not attend your class and follow guidelines found on
www.NHS.uk.
We ask individuals to continue to respect the personal choices of their tutor and fellow students.
- ACRES will continue to supply hand sanitisers in all classrooms
- Students will still be able to work social distanced or on separate tables if this is their choice
- Sharing of equipment will continue to be kept to a minimum, and wipes/spray provided for cleaning being handling
- Tutors and students may or may not choose to wear face coverings
