When Saturday, 10:00am - 4:00pm on 14th May 2022 for 1 day.
Cost The full fee is £62.00.


Additional Costs
An ingredients list will be given to students prior to the workshop. Sometimes specialist ingredients are provided by the tutor and can be purchased from the tutor, this will be specified on the ingredients list. To avoid unnecessary cost please do not purchase any materials or text books until you are certain that your course will run. Course decisions are normally made a week prior to the course start date.

What you already need to know

This course is suitable for those with no previous experience and those wishing to develop their culinary skills further.

What you will learn

Prepare and cook a range of traditional dishes each from a different spice country:

How you will learn it

Bring to the first session

A list of ingredients will be sent prior to start date
An apron
Clean tea towel
Containers and bags to take home your food

You will need to bring your own chopping knives for this course as sharp knives are not available to use at the College. Please bring these in a tin or other suitable container.

** Please bring a packed lunch as food is not provided at the venue.** Tea, coffee and biscuits are available for purchase during breaks.**

Specific Covid Considerations:
From 24th February, following the government's announcement removing all domestic restrictions in England, we ask that you follow the published HSA guidelines.

Asymptomatic testing will no longer be required to attend classes. However, we strongly suggest if you do have symptoms of Covid-19, you do not attend your class and follow guidelines found on www.NHS.uk.
