Previous students say

"Have found Yoga great for flexibility of the body and mind. Excellent Tutor. First rate course" Richard (Yoga for improvers).

"Rachel, I would like to share with you and other students about the progress which I feel that I have made during the past couple of years since attending your class. As you know I am affected by positional vertigo which can hamper my life sometimes. When I come to my yoga class I adapt some of the movements and positions and it works for me. I also try to do at least half an hour each day at home first thing in the morning or last thing at night. I find that on a regular basis it helps to maintain flexibility and generally makes you feel a lot fitter." Margaret (Yoga for beginners)

"I am nearly 65 years old, I have never done Yoga before. I come with my daughter, and have found the course very good. My joints feel a lot more supple, I will be doing more course in the future." Brenda (Yoga for beginners/improvers).
