Have you ever visited Italy and wished you could speak some Italian? Come to this fun workshop and learn the words and phrases which will help you get around more easily, interact with the locals and get the most out of your holiday.

When? Saturday, 10:00am - 4:00pm from 22nd June 2019 until 22nd June 2019 for 1 weeks.
Where? The course is held in Uckfield College, Downsview Crescent, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 3DJ.
How much does it cost? The full fee is £62.00.

Course overview

This course introduces you to basic Italian words and phrases that will help you get by whilst on holiday in Italy.

What you already need to know

No previous experience is required.

What you will learn

- Basic vocabulary useful to get by on holiday in Italy
- How to name basic items and places
- Greetings
- How to order a snack
- How to ask for and understand basic directions



How you will learn it

All four skills (speaking, reading,listening and writing) will be practiced. You will engage in interactive language activities, participating in group and pair work together with role play.

What do I need to bring to the first session?

Nothing, although a pen and paper for making notes will be useful.

** Please note: For weekend courses students are asked to bring a packed lunch as lunch is not provided at the venue. Tea, coffee and biscuits are available for purchase during breaks.**

How much extra study or practice is involved?

None - this is a one session course.
